FAQs
1. Refund/Servicing Times
We normally aim within a few days, however due to remote working and non-frequent office access as well as sterilising processes it may take just over a week during this difficult period.
We offer 30 days returns period from the day of delivery - (instead of purchase date).
2. Prepaid Labels
We do not offer prepaid return labels at the moment. We recommend to use postal sites such as Parcel2Go.com where prices start from around £2.49.
3. Packaging & Return Responsibility
We cannot be responsible for lost/damaged parcels during transit as this is outside our control and liability.
4. Batteries, memory cards, CDs, or software returns
If opened, or used – we cannot accept these. Please do not send these if this is for warranty or repair/technical services. We cannot test these and may be disposed of.
5. Product Damages, Scuffs, Modifications
E.g. cut cables, modified plugs, wooden products - screwed holes/ cut-outs /painted etc.
Please note: Our products are to be tested initially indoors prior to installation as per our manuals.
6. Product Exchange
We are unable to exchange a new working used product for a new one.
7. Immediate Replacement Issues
We unfortunately no longer issue new replacements without return being received.
8. Invalid Faulty Return
If found working, we’ll supply report, and we do charge a small test fee of £8 plus return P&P.
9. Visits
We cannot accommodate visits at the moment.
Please note we do not have a counter or shop as we an online retail business and can operate from multiple sites.
10. Technical/Consulting Services
Tech services are carried out within booked slots and are not available immediately or onsite necessarily. We can offer technical/consulting services. Please contact us for further details.
